On behalf of the Board of Trustees and our Management Company at Chapel Hill West Condominiums (CHW), we would like to extend to you a warm welcome to our website.

Chapel Hill West Condominium Trust is incorporated in the state of Massachusetts. It’s property and funding, both of which are in excellent condition, are managed by its Board of Trustees (each member of which must be a unit owner) and our Management Company. CHW is wholly owned by its unit owners and is a distinct legal entity operating independently from its good neighbor, Chapel Hill East Condominiums- a separate trust, which has its own Board of Trustees.
